Peer Review is a valuable part of the Design and Construction Team.

Peer Review is the process to achieve document coordination of all disciplines. We approach coordination of the construction documents as Master Builder. A quality control review saves time and money during the construction process saving contract administration cost, reducing change orders and their associated cost and helping the team to stay on schedule.

Peer Review uses the latest in technology to reduce coordination review time. Our product helps avoid Construction delays and keep project cost under control.

Quick Tips

Elevation conventions should be coordinated during Design Development. Civil should be have the true elevation (above sea level), and conventions for the ground floor and those above and below grade, should reference the Civil drawing (for true elevation) and be consistent between Architectural, Civil, Landscape, and other disciplines.

As a developer, your concerns are always quality, schedule and budget. Having a third-party peer review is a way of getting at least a small amount of peace of mind on those issues. John Weaver worked with us on our MidCity Lofts condominium project as a peer review consultant and participated in a team review of the project documents. With a high degree of knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism, John helped not only to bring the document coordination in focus, but also to suggest solutions where appropriate.

I would recommend John to any developer wanting to improve the project delivery process and gain an additional measure of peace of mind.
