Peer Review is a valuable part of the Design and Construction Team.

Peer Review is the process to achieve document coordination of all disciplines. We approach coordination of the construction documents as Master Builder. A quality control review saves time and money during the construction process saving contract administration cost, reducing change orders and their associated cost and helping the team to stay on schedule.

Peer Review uses the latest in technology to reduce coordination review time. Our product helps avoid Construction delays and keep project cost under control.

Quick Tips

Elevation conventions should be coordinated during Design Development. Civil should be have the true elevation (above sea level), and conventions for the ground floor and those above and below grade, should reference the Civil drawing (for true elevation) and be consistent between Architectural, Civil, Landscape, and other disciplines.

Your review of the first two projects for us have demonstrated to be valuable! Your review service has filled a void with our current architects.

As you know, we have a very strong relationship with a superb retail studio, however, the final ‘combing’ through the CD’s and tenant prototype drawings has caused significant dollars to make changes that were missed during the plan coordination process.

The fee you charge, in my opinion, is more than fair! One small change order would more than cover your fee. Not only are you saving us money, your services will also assist in maintaining a positive relationship with our tenants through displaying that our objective is to give them what they want and when they want it.

Thanks again for a ‘job well done’ on the first two, and I look forward to sending you ALL future plans for you and your staff to review.
