Peer Review is a valuable part of the Design and Construction Team.

Peer Review is the process to achieve document coordination of all disciplines. We approach coordination of the construction documents as Master Builder. A quality control review saves time and money during the construction process saving contract administration cost, reducing change orders and their associated cost and helping the team to stay on schedule.

Peer Review uses the latest in technology to reduce coordination review time. Our product helps avoid Construction delays and keep project cost under control.

Quick Tips

Take care to coordinate plumbing inverts, underground utility lines, and drain elevations between Civil, Landscape and M/E/P. Select a discipline that will be responsible for dimensioning drain locations and setting elevations. On Podium type structures, coordinate drain locations and waterproofing details with the Structural Engineer as well as supporting beams may need sleeving to maintian proper slope for above-grade storm lines.

Thank you again for your recent peer reviews. Your thoroughness and attention to detail have clearly benefited our projects, as the number of RFI’s and change orders have been greatly reduced. But more importantly, your insight and guidance have inadvertently served as a training/mentoring program for our intern architects. Quite frankly, I think you need to increase your fees!

Thanks again and I look forward to our continued relationship.
